If you receive a notice of copyright infringement and believe it is erroneous or that you have the right to use the copyrighted material, you may send us a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
a. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
b. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location.
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
d. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which VisaLobby may be found.
e. A physical or electronic signature.

VisaLobby may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
VisaLobby is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or validity of copyright infringement claims or counter-notifications. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action upon receiving valid notices, in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy anytime. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Copyright Policy on the Service. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
