Quebec Invites 238 Skilled Workers in New Arrima Immigration Draw

Quebec recently held its first Arrima immigration draw under the updated Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ), inviting 238 candidates on July 17, 2025. The draw focused on Stream 1 for specialised skills and Stream 4 for exceptional talent.

Most invitations (216) were extended to skilled candidates already residing in Quebec, who were fluent in French and held local diplomas. Stream 4 invited 22 exceptional individuals with outstanding achievements, some of whom were required to have a PhD.
