Saudi Arabia Arrests 13,445 for Immigration and Residency Violations

A joint campaign in Saudi Arabia from June 20 to 26 led to the arrests of 13,445 individuals for violating residency, work, and border security laws. Among them, 3,230 violated border regulations, and 1,452 breached work rules.
Authorities caught 1,063 people attempting to enter the Kingdom illegally, with 36% from Yemen, 62% from Ethiopia, and 2% from other countries. Additionally, 66 individuals were apprehended trying to leave illegally. One person was arrested for aiding and concealing violators.
