Looking to move to the UAE? Now you can stake your way in literally. The UAE has teamed up with Toncoin to roll out a new 10-year Golden Visa program for global investors. To qualify, you’ll need to stake $100,000 in Toncoin via a smart contract for at least three years.

You’ll also pay a $35,000 processing fee. The visa approval process takes about seven weeks and includes an estimated 3–4% annual return on your crypto. This blockchain-powered initiative is a big step toward integrating cryptocurrency with residency-by-investment models, setting the stage for other countries to follow suit.
