Eligibility

In order to be eligible, 

  • You must not be an EU citizen
  • Your status as a digital nomad must be established.
  • You are employed by a business that is registered outside of Greece. You will need a work visa to work within Greece.
  • You must earn at least 3,500 EUR per month in salary.

Documents

While applying for this visa, you must provide the following documents:

  • A thoroughly filled visa application form.
  • A valid passport or other identity documents.
  • Documents attesting to your ability to earn money from home.
  • You will have to provide documentation that you have the necessary income, such as bank statements, employment contracts, or paystubs.
  • Prove that you meet the minimum income requirement for this visa. You must earn 3,500 EUR to be eligible.
  • An additional 15% of fee is required for each dependent joining you.
  • A certified copy of your home country's criminal history.
  • While on your visa, you must be covered by health insurance in Greece.
  • The address where you'll be residing while visiting Greece must be provided.

Visa Processing Time
Within ten days of submitting your Greece Digital Nomad Visa application, you'll hear back. Your visa will be provided by the Greek Ministry of Migration and Asylum once it has been approved.

A Digital nomad visa to Greece allows the applicants to stay in the country for two years. This visa is initially allotted for one year and can be extended by the end of one year.

The applicants will be required to pay a visa application fee of 75 EUR. This fee is only for visa processing, and you will have to pay extra for other facilities, including accommodation.
