New Zealand is a skill-scarce country with a progressive and growing economy. Therefore, it encourages skilled labour from other countries to come and contribute to its economy. If you want to work in New Zealand, the first step for you is to find a job compatible with your skills.

The New Zealand Government issues a Skills Shortages list mentioning the sectors needing a skilled workforce. This great country is experiencing an economic migration. There is an estimate that the country's economy creates 40,000 jobs every year. Half of them are made in the sectors like accommodation, and food trade alone. Other important ones are agriculture, IT, transportation, education etc.
