To get an Angola Visitor Visa, you must meet some basic requirements, which are as follows.

  • International Certificate for yellow fever vaccination.
  • Have no immigration related criminal convintions.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to travel.
  • Invitation letter by an Angolan citizen or authorization letter if a company invites you.
  • Hotel reservation in Angola.
  • Itinerary with a return ticket.

DOCUMENTS

  • Passport (valid for at least nine months)
  • Two actual passport photographs (female acceptably covered and males in shirts and ties).
  • Copy of your itinerary
  • Proof of enough financial means for the duration for visit.
  • Bank Statement for the previous two months.
  • Two application form signed by you.
  • Documents that prove your employment/unemployment.
  • Have a notarized guarantee letter sent by your sponsor.

PROCESS

For 62 countries like the U.S and European Union countries, the Angola E-Visa service is available. Citizens of member countries can apply for E-Visa, this facility provides you official travel document. By using that document, you can have your visa on arrival.

The visa allows you to stay in Angola for a maximum of 30 days, however it can be extended for another 30 days. This visa can be utilized within 60 days after it is issued.

Fees
Apart from the online service fee of 50 USD, you must pay 120 USD at the immigration desk to get a final entry permit. Note that this fee may vary according to your nationality.

This visa can be extended for another 30 days.

Exceeding your visa limit may result in detention. It is recommended to apply for an extension before your visa expires.
