Visa Processing Time
It's possible that the visa will take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Within fifteen days of receiving the Alien Employment Permit, file a 9(g) visa application with the Bureau of Immigration. Fingerprints will be obtained, as well as a biometric snapshot. The interview must also include a company representative.
