An investor who is invited to China for a visit, inquiry, lecture, business, scientific-technological and cultural exchanges, and brief advanced studies for no more than six months is granted a Business Visa (F Visa).

Visa Processing Time
Normally, the processing time is 4 working days. It can take longer, depending on the documents you provide. There can be three cases of payment.
Regular Service: For pick up on the 4th working day.
Express Service: To be picked up on the third working day, a fee of $25 per person will be applied.
Second Day Rush Service: For pick-up on the second day, there will be an extra price of $40 per person.
How to Apply
You must deliver the application to the Consulate General's Visa Office, which has consular jurisdiction over the district or state where you reside.
If you are unable to apply in person, you may delegate your application to a third party or a travel or visa agent, who will then submit it to the visa office of the Consulate General, which has consular jurisdiction over the division or state in which you reside;
Duration
A Single Entry or Double Entry "F" visa is usually valid for 90 or 180 days from issuing date. It indicates that the visa holder must enter China within 90 or 180 days of receiving the visa; else, the permit will expire and become null and void. An "F" visa has a 30-day stay limit, meaning the visa holder can stay in China for 30 days from the date of admission.
Fees
The fees for Business Visa may vary depending on where you are and how long you will stay in China. It starts from 30 USD and can be up to 120 USD.
If the applicant requires and requests to remain in China for more than 30 days, the visa officer may extend the time of stay.

Transit
You may use this visa for transit purposes.
