Long-Term Visit Pass Singapore

ABOUT

If you want to live in Singapore for more than 30 days, you need a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP). Two types of LTVP are available. Each issued by a different Singaporean authority. The first type functions as an extension of an existing Short-Term Visit Pass. Foreign travellers who wish to stay in Singapore for longer than the 30 days allowed by the Short-Term Visit Pass can do so.

The  Ministry of Manpower (MOM) issues the second form of LTVP. It is available to family members of overseas employees who do not qualify for the Dependant Pass. But they want to live in Singapore with their family members.

ELIGIBILITY

You will be eligible to apply for this Pass; you must be:

  • a spouse of a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • an unmarried child under 21, born into a legal marriage, or officially adopted by a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • parent of a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
  • holding an Employment Pass or S-Pass.
  • sponsored by an established, Singapore-registered company (usually your employer).
