A PR or Permanent Resident refers to a foreigner who is given a permanent residence status, thus allows them to reside in Singapore permanently. That PRs whose age is more than 15 will be given the Singapore Blue Identity Card (IC). Suppose such a resident wishes to travel outside of Singapore and return as a PR. In that case, they must have a valid Re-Entry Permit.

Submit an online PR application with a valid Singpass account:
You can use your Foreign Identification Number (FIN) and the issuance date of your valid immigration pass to access the e-Service. Use it in case you are a student currently studying in Singapore.

Visa Processing Time
ICA (The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority) carefully reviews all applications. PR application processing can take about six months. A few applications could take more than six months, depending on the case's complexity.
How to Apply
Use e-Service to submit all permanent residence applications. Applicants have the option of entering their information online. Or you can download and fill out the PR application form before submitting online.
Duration
The visa is permanent, thus allowing you to stay in the country indefinitely.
Fees
Each applicant must pay a non-refundable processing fee of S$100. If the application is accepted, you need to complete PR formalities in the ICA office. Each applicant has to pay the following fees:
