Investor Migrant Visa New Zealand

About

New Zealand has created a new category of immigrant visas aimed at luring seasoned, high-value investors to invest in homegrown companies. The purpose of introducing this visa is to promote local businesses in New Zealand.

According to the Minister of Economic and Regional Development, Stuart Nash, foreign investors can only purchase bonds and stocks using a previous investment visa. He stated that they wanted to promote active investment so that the nation could produce high-skilled jobs. The new visa will promote economic expansion as well.

On September 19, 2022, the Active Investor Plus visa will become available. After July 27, 2022, applications for Investor 1 or Investor 2 visas would no longer be accepted.
