When to Apply
Since you will have 3-5 years to use it, you won't have trouble deciding when to apply. However, you should consider the processing period for visas if you require one quickly.

Visa Processing Time
The processing period for a Cyprus Tourist Visa is determined by several factors, including the country you apply to, the time of year, and your unique circumstances. The visa can take 5-10 working days to process.

How to Apply
A pdf application must be delivered in person. To ensure the safe return of the passport and other documentation, applicants who live more than 200 miles (300 km) from the Consulate may send their applications by recorded delivery with a registered, self-addressed special delivery envelope.
