Investor Visa (Golden Visa) Spain

About

The Golden Visa Program is one of the most straightforward ways to get a Spanish residency. A Golden Visa for Spain, also known as a Spain Investor Visa, is a residence permit. It is granted to non-EU citizens who invest a significant amount of money in the country. Such as buying real estate, investing in a company, or creating employment opportunities.

Non-EU nationals can stay in Spain for a year under this investment permit. It also does not require a lengthy stay in Spain (more than 183 days). Instead, it needs a single visit during the residency period. Also, you can extend your stay by renewing your visa.

Can I Travel in Europe With a Spanish Golden Visa?

A Spain Golden Visa entitles you and your family to travel visa-free within the Schengen Zone. It is for up to 90 days within 180 days. Non-Schengen European countries, on the other hand, have their visa requirements, so visa-free travel is not always possible.

  • Interest in real estate assets (€500,000).
  • Deposits in a Spanish bank or shares in a Spanish corporation (€1 million).
  • €2 million in public debt.
  • Entrepreneurs in Spain who start businesses are thought to be of broad interest. The Spanish Economic and Trade Office will be contacted for a general interest report.
