Documents

 You are required to provide the following documents for a Work Visa.

  • Valid passport - your passport must be valid for your stay in the United States and six months after your return.
  • The Receipt Number can be found on your employer's approved Petition for a Non-immigrant Worker (I-129 Form).
  • You must have a receipt to confirm that you paid the application cost.
  • Evidence that you will return to your native country once your work in the United States is completed.
  • A confirmation page that your Non-immigrant visa application has been submitted (DS-160 Form).
